Chris, its a good update, but without understanding how ITU works, some questions will remain unanswered. in matters of the Internet, there is a diversity in the approaches of different states. in particular, because of this, some of the resolutions have been updated insignificantly.

Viacheslav Erokhin - 2022-10-27 15:30:55
There are many aspects in this issue, some of the statements about ITU in community are clearly naive, some are provocative. It would be useful to make a presentation about ITU from the inside, by person who works in ITU.

Chris Buckridge - 2022-10-27 15:35:18
@Viacheslav agreed - the challenge in participating in (or even discussing) the ITU is that there is so much background knowledge required

Viacheslav Erokhin - 2022-10-27 15:42:57
yes, and you need to be involved indaily intergovernmental work

Viacheslav Erokhin - 2022-10-27 15:43:28
and don't forget that ITU is an opportunity to address all states at once. Especially in conditions when states aactively regulate the Internet
